We’re excited to offer proactive malware and vulnerability scanning as part of our Essential Support package. Security is a top priority for our merchants, and we’re here to lighten that load with robust scanning for both the filesystem and databases of your store.
We’ve teamed up with Sansec and their industry-recognized ecomscan tool to enhance our security offering. This tool is integrated with a cutting-edge reporting system that automatically compiles scan results, alerts our team to any potential issues, and generates a ticket for a thorough human check – all in one smooth process.
No more waiting around for scan results or chasing us for updates. Our streamlined approach ensures faster, more effective resolutions.

Streamlined Malware & Vulnerability Scanning Service.
With our Proactive Security Scanning service, we’ll set up and configure ecomscan for your store, automatically routing results to our specialised service. Our system collates and processes the scan data, flagging any results that need a closer look by our experienced Magento developers.
If an issue requires attention, we automatically create an Essential helpdesk ticket in your account. You’ll be alerted to the scan results, and our team will get on it right away. This streamlined process ensures we detect and address malware or other threats as quickly as possible.
You’ll also have access to scan results through the Deploy customer portal, allowing you to review previous scans. At the end of each month, we’ll send you an email detailing any findings from the security scans and discuss them with you as needed.
CSP Monitoring.
Looking ahead to Q4 2024 and 2025, we plan to expand this service to include CSP handling, helping our merchants comply with the new PCI regulations set for 2025. We’ll offer a simple way to allow or block domains for CSP compliance within your Deploy Portal account.
For merchants not using this service, we’ll still support CSP whitelist updates, but please note this will involve a manual process and use up your Technical Support time.
